:The procedure
Keep the phone powered off, in flight mode. If you can remove the battery do so to prevent signals coming or out of the cellphone. Many spy apps nowdays have the ability to remotely remove the spyapp, lock your phone, or wipe your phone  completely. If you can't remove the battery put your phone in flight mode and shut down your phone to reduce the risk. Once we receive the phone we will begin the examination by dumping the phone memory through a forensic software and extract all the data from the cellphone into our computer for further examination. Once done, we search for any evidence of spyapps or malware withinin the system and app files. If a malware or spyware was found we analyze the spyware to see if we can find traces of the user who bought the spying software and whois monitoring your cellphone. Note that most of the spyapps today encrypt the data so it is not possible in all cases to track the person behind the spyapp. During our dumping and examining procedure we do not delete anything from the phone
